Interskala Group has once again held an exclusive session for the participants of the ongoing Batch V internship program. Now in its fifth batch, this internship initiative demonstrates Interskala Group's strong commitment to developing promising young talent. Each batch of the program runs for a duration of six months, attracting interns from top universities across Banten, Jabodetabek, and surrounding areas. In addition to gaining valuable work experience, the interns also have the opportunity to participate in intensive training sessions as well as personalized discussions known as the 1-on-1 session. These sessions allow interns to dive deeper into their learning experience and explore their potential.
The 1 on 1 session is a key initiative by the HR Training & Development team at Interskala Group, designed to provide a more personalized internship experience. During these sessions, interns engage directly with the HR Training & Development team, sharing their insights about the internship and giving as well as receiving direct feedback. This marks the second 1 on 1 session for Batch V interns, held in the third month of their internship program, specifically in November 2024. The purpose of these sessions is to build two-way communication, better understand the needs and expectations of the interns, and ensure a meaningful experience that aligns with their career growth.
As an HR at PT Interskala Group, I hope this 1-on-1 session can be a platform where our interns feel heard, valued, and most importantly, have a space to discuss and reflect for better personal growth. For us, this session is not only about listening to the interns, but also about taking their feedback as a reflection to help the company grow. We believe the relationship between the company and interns should be collaborative, where both sides support each other to grow together. Ultimately, these 1-on-1 sessions serve as an important medium to enhance the quality of both individuals and the company, aiming for continuous improvement in the future.
